Rapid Urbanization
In the current environment, more than half of the population lives in urban areas in various regions of the country. The evolution of rapid urbanization has created a wide number of cities around the various urban centers and has developed modernization. The development of rapid urbanization has created widespread in developing appropriate conditions around the city and led to an improvement in the existing infrastructure (Williams et al. 2019). Also, the development of inadequate procedures in the entire rapid urbanization procedure creates a direct effect on the overall standard of living of people in the local region and provides stress on the overall infrastructure. Thus, the development of systematic policy is required for managing to provide a wide range of rapid urbanization principles in the region.
Presence of Inadequate and Unimproved Infrastructure
In the current era, the presence of inadequate infrastructure is a growing concern developed due to the evolution of rapid urbanization principles in society. This provides a major setback in the existing structure adopted for managing the overall network in the region. Hence, the procurement of the principle disrupts the entire network and creates a sense of inefficiency in overall operations (Luo et al.2018). The reduction in maintenance of basic amenities provides a direct effect on the existing infrastructure and imbalances the entire network structure available in the local region.
High Population Density
The growth of rapid urbanization has led to the development of a high density of population in the rural areas and created a shortage of available dwelling units in the local area. Due to the growth of the procedure, there are intense problems faced by the people in traffic problems, overcrowding, shortage of adequate houses and develops poor living conditions for the existing people. In the current environment, the increase in total practices of rapid urbanization principle leads to a gradual increase in the total population and causes an increase in the population and provides inefficiency in the operations (Qu and Long, 2018). This is an increasing cause that provides overall effect in the operations and reduces the balance in the overall procedures.
Lack of Affordable Housing
The procurement of rapid urbanization has led to creating conformations among the people and has increased the total number of demolitions in the local regions. This has created a lack of adequate vacancy in the regions and has developed a poor financial condition for the bulk of the poor families residing in the local region. Besides, the creation of a rise in the offset prices of households in the regions has led to inefficiency in the overall procedures and has provided rapid growth of urbanization in the existing regions (Qian et al. 2016). This has provided a lack of adequate place for people to live and create a suitable position in society.
Development of Congestion
In this regard, the development of rapid urbanization has led to creating a wide range of congestion among the local people residing in the existing area. This provides a sense of panic among the people for managing to reduce congestion on the local roads and also restricts the accessibility of adequate freedom in the movement of local vehicles. It leads to mass-arrangement of the entire procedure and harms overall operations.
