RE: Recommendation for a Physician Assistant Program
It is my pleasure that I am writing to certify named person to the program of a physician assistant. He is a foreign-trained person, who is a professional dentist. The person has outworked in our private clinic, among other healthcare facilities. However, he has remained passionate about undertaking the physician program, which has been his dream since childhood. The individual is a competent person who has always shown dedication to his tasks, and who is always inspired to excel in whatever program he is in. among his many attributes, he is a person who does his task exceptionally, which is one aspect that makes me believe that he will input the same in the programme. For the few years that he has worked with us, he has been able to associate with different types of patients, particularly those who have dental problems, and sometimes would help in other areas, within his healthcare facility. This in my perception makes him a unique individual qualified to undertake the program.
The individual has excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills that have always helped him through his tasks in different medical facilities, particularly when faced with difficult situations that require such specialized skills. Also, he can make speedy decisions and wise decisions and can perfume magnificently in stressful situations. Again these special qualities make him fit for the programme, as it is stressful and requires one to work perfectly under pressure. Also, he has good communication skills, both written and spoken and works well with core workers. He values and respects cooperation. He is an admired individual by co-workers, which is one attribute that will make him good in the program.
There is an increased need for an individual to keep improving themselves, through education continuation, as passion is critical to success in the program. He is an inquisitive person who strives to remain on top of any course he undertakes. He is quick to learn individual, and can easily adapt to a new environment. In addition, he is always an updated person, due to his always increasing desire to learn new things. In my perception, this will play a critical role in his performance if accepted for the program, as he can independently carry personal studies to improve his performance. He is calm and compassionate when working with patients and has taken some psychology courses to gain a better understanding of how to cope with patients who are under emotional duress. The same I believe he can be able to help other individuals within the same program, which will benefit not only the students but as well as the tutors to ensure unity and success among their students.
Therefore, from these unique characteristics, virtues, and capacities, the student holds the minimum requirement and abilities that are needed for the program. Therefore, I hope that you will put serious consideration to him for a chance in the program. Despite that I hate to see him leave, I believe that he is an individual with a lot of capacity to reach any goal. Seeing him get a chance will be my happiness as he has always desired to venture in the program.
