Reflection
Having undertaken the internship in ISS 4380, I believe that the field experience has given me the skills necessary to venture into the job market. I was able to apply the skills which I learned from the BS IS majors program. I believe that the field experience enabled me to internalize the concepts which I had learned in class. I was keen to pay close attention to my supervisor to gather the pertinent insights which would enable me to be outstanding in undertaking the various duties that are entailed within the program. I aimed to ensure that I gathered important information touching on-air control. My focus was majorly pegged on ensuring that I established the specific practices which would enable me to be professional in my activities and ensure that I am outstanding in the undertakings, which are important for me.
The program was also important in enabling me to learn about the value of teamwork (Ogbonnaya, 2019). It was also possible for me to learn from my peers with the need to learn better on how to undertake certain activities, which were generally important in enabling me to be outstanding in my undertakings. Having a better interaction with my peers was also important in enabling me to identify the challenges which I experience in my undertakings. I focused more on the right approaches, which was important in enabling me to focus on the right measures, which were important in improving my work process. Having a close interaction with my peers was also important in enabling me to focus more on improving my competencies. Through the process, I could be outstanding in my engagements.
I managed to have a positive view of airplane control and the specific approaches which people need to take to ensure that I am outstanding. The field experience was different from the insights which I gathered in class. It was imperative in enabling me to have hands-on experience in light with the outcomes which stand to be attained in meeting the necessary expectations which are desirable. I was keen to compare the information which I gathered in class and the actions which were being undertaken during the internship. The approach was important in enabling me to attain an improvement in the entire situation.
My education experience at UHD in the BS IS program was insightful. I aimed to ensure that I gathered the much I could from the professors. One positive aspect of the experience is that the professors were keen on having interactive sessions with us. They were majorly interested in enabling us to have a positive view of the information which they provided us. Through the process, I was capable of internalizing the information which they provided. Much of my focus was pegged on building on the specific areas where I had weaknesses in. I was aware that paying close attention was important in enabling me to acquire new knowledge and improve on the specific areas where I had weaknesses. The professors also encouraged us to be open-minded. The approach was essential in enabling us to open up on the specific views which we had. The method was important in enabling us to be more willing to learn and improve on the specific areas where we had weaknesses. Through the process, it was possible to attain the best outcomes in our engagements and build on the skills which we needed to attain.
Another positive aspect of the program is that we were able to engage in group work and discussions. The process was essential in enabling us to be more willing to assist one another concerning the specific areas where we had weaknesses. Much of our focus was pegged on building upon our competencies and ensure that we assisted one another in attaining a better understanding of the specific issues which were problematic for us. We could focus on the right models, which would enable us to be outstanding in our engagements. It was, therefore, possible for us to focus on the right measures, which would be effective in enabling us to capture the most pertinent details.
