Remote learning
Remote learning has positively impacted my academic performance since it has given me more control over my learning. It offers flexibility and control over my learning schedule compared to ordinary ways of learning, in which I was forced to adhere to specific learning routine and rigid schedules. The system has significantly allowed me to engage with, analyze, and digest course content in inspiring ways and according to my daily and weekly plans. The system has greatly helped in balancing my commitments and my education. For instance, I am comfortably able to carry out house chores and help my parents without interference with my studies as I can study at my convenience time and access the required resources anytime. The merits of studying from home have greatly helped in managing my time sufficiently, which has contributed to excellent academic performance. Consequently, the educational system has also helped me to build high levels of self-discipline and drive since it gives freedom to manage and schedule my learning with little supervision. For example, reduced instructor’s supervision motivated me to devote my efforts to studies in order to maintain and improve my grades. As a result, I had to eliminate the habits of procrastination, which was my greatest weakness in attaining high grades in regular classes. Therefore, with the control and freedom offered by the system am responsible and accountable for my education; thus, I have to be self-motivated to work vto achieve high grades.
