This time is all-inclusive and includes the time for setting up and cleaning up for your event. A deposit of $75 is needed to book the date and time of the event. Kindly note that this deposit is non-refundable. The renter should pick their key prior to the event and should return the key 24 hours after the event. It is the responsibility of the renter to clean up after the event. All the sales are final.  The renter has access to garbage bags and toiletries but no stoves are available. Wi-Fi, projectors and screens are available exclusively for business meetings.

 

Any damage incurred to the premises during the period the renter uses the venue will be included in the final bill and issued to the renter.

  • Cleaning fee of $25 will be refunded after the renter returns the key within 24 hours and after inspection of the premises.

Please study the terms below to ensure that all the parties understand the requirements to facilitate everyone’s safety and good maintenance of the venue for future use.

 

Rental Fees

 

All fees should be payable to __________before/or on the event day. A non-refundable deposit of $75 and the signed agreement is essential to book the date and venue. Payment can be made using check, cash or major credit card.

 

 

Damage (s)

If the owner of the premises deems any extra repairs or cleaning necessary, e.g. paints damage, damage to chairs or tables, the renter will be liable to pay for this and this fee will be included in the final bill. The renter should clean the venue within the time reserved for the event and leave the venue in the same condition and working order it was before the event setup. The renter should remove all trash from the venue and place them in the garbage bags provided. These will then be disposed in the appropriate area. If these measures are not adhered to the renter will incur more charges. The renter will be responsible for any furniture or exhibits that become damaged during the event.

 

Site Decoration

 

Each event here should be special and fulfilling; so, a lot of effort will be invested to enable the renter to prepare decorations that suit their creative needs. Avoid using nails, screws or staples on the walls or exhibit surfaces. Tape or gummed materials should be removed properly to avoid additional fees in the final bill.
