I like how you evaluated the concept of empowerment in your post. Indeed nurses are patients’ advocators. I agree that quality improvement data assist in providing statistics essential in ensuring patient safety and quality improvement (Yang & Lee, 2016). Indeed, empowering healthcare professionals is vital. Therefore, I think that when reviewing quality improvement data, critical indicators are identified for empowering frontline staff in healthcare. I agree that as a nurse leader, it is essential to review and promote different performance that ensures the well-being of patience in healthcare.
