With the current climate today with protest and riots regarding race relations and indifferences worldwide amongst all the races of people and the lack of understanding of one another’s cultures it is most important to have knowledge and insight regarding the diversity of today’s workforce culture. A leaders lack of diversity awareness knowledge can lead to low productivity within the organization. This study will seek to offer insightful information on how lack of diversity knowledge and diversity awareness in the leaders at Trident Dental Laboratories can derail productivity at their onsite and offsite organizations abroad. A study in this field will help analyze how the leaders fell about the diverse groups and help to find ways in which the organizations leaders can engage and create a more open workplace with its diverse workforce. Once an organizational leader adopts leadership diversity programs and change, the organizations in the host countries reputation to the public grows because it cares for both income generation and workforce satisfaction and production.
