Most of his work focus on the deployment of law capacity to create social transformation. In her article “We regulate Hate Speech slander. Why not hate speech?” she played a significant role in advising the country on how to deal with issues of hate speech. She is well-known in dealing with the case of sexual harassment within the society. Among the work, she has published “Consent to Sex,” “Social Movement, Social processes” and “Diverging paths.”
David Cole is an American documentary film director and journalist. He is well known as Holocaust denier. As national blogger and activist he managed to appear in the following site; “Gawker,” “The New Republic,” “The Hollywood Reporter,” “The New Republic,” and “History News Network,” among others. David Cole, in his article “Liberal, Don’t lose Faith Amendment,” claims that the government should withdraw the First Amendment in the constitution to control the issue of public hate speech.
James Altschul is a historian Asian American citizen who currently works as a teacher in Japan. In many social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter, he is acknowledged as a distinct publisher since his ideology refrains from discriminating the individuals. He graduated 2018 at Rice University with a degree in Asian studies and history. James Altschul in his essay on “The case for hate speech,” claims that the only way to control public hate speech is through creating charges on every person or organisation that tends to spread public hate speech, thus why he claimed, “Hate speech is not free speech.”
