How to Clean Roomba i7

- The i7+ has a self-emptying dustbin. When the i7+ robot docks in its cradle, its system recognizes the rubber flap sealing the collection bin is shut. As the battery is charging, the dock empties the dust bin. A feature that is not present in the model i7.
- The charging docks for the two models are different. The charging dock for the i7 is called Home Base. It plugs to the outlet and waits for the robot to dock. The charging dock for the i7+ is known as the Clean Base. Its charging station has a 14-inch tall tower that stands against the wall.
If you have the i7 model and wondering if you can upgrade to i7+, yes, you can. The two models are almost identical, except for the dustbin. To upgrade the model to i7+, you will have to buy the Clean Base Dirt Disposal System. The system will come with a Clean Base and a new collection bin and a starter bag for the base tower. The Roomba i7 is a high-performance robot, and it is worth the penny. However, if you are looking for a more significant bin, this might not be the robot you are looking for. You should probably upgrade to Roomba i7+ or consider another brand that covers its downsides.

Design and Features

Performance
