Coca-Cola Company has remained innovative over the years by producing brands that meet its customers’ needs. Coca-Cola employs market differentiation strategies to ensure its consumers ‘needs are met, which is achieved by offering products with varying tastes and preferences. Coca-Cola has become one of the most valuable brands, which has globally diversified its operations. The company covers well over huge merchandise of consumable products, including water, coffee, and juices. Coca-Cola emerges to be a health-conscious company by shifting its focus in the provision of carbonated drinks and juices that are free of calories, therefore satisfying customers’ needs for healthy living. The diet coke and zero Coke are consumable products that Coke targets with customers whose requirements are low-calorie foods. Coke is aware of the market dynamics that involve changing customer behaviors. The company analyzes the current situation and produces products that meet future market demands and preferences.

At the Coca-Cola Company, the safety of employees and the community is the driving force behind success. It implements isolation protocols inscribed on local health official guidelines. It ensures its workers adhere to sanitization conventions, which are fundamental and universal, and observe quarantines if an employee is isolated to have been infected.

During this pandemic of Covid-19, Coke has managed to implement routine split shifts that enhance reduced contacts, a strategy for exposure to its employees. Moreover, the provision of alcohol wipes and hand sanitizers has been reprimanded obligation of the company that will allow for safety and health is guaranteed for its employees.   Installing temperature screening has also become a strategy that Coke utilizes to ensure offices and manufacturing facilities remain safe from Covid-19 infection of workers. The company has strategically set up health-monitoring mechanisms, especially in areas where the pandemic has mostly affected.
