Hardware + Software
Chromebooks would be used and a custom Software would be used which will have video lessons, corresponding text based lessons, tests, and a full track of student history.
Subject Stations
Instead of teachers moving from one class to the next, students will move from one subject station to the next.
Each station can have students of various grades. The idea is to group stations by grade in such a way that the teacher can manage all the grades in her subject station.
If a student finishes earlier than the stipulated time, they can simply move to the next subject station where some other class might already be studying.

Consolidation of the above; Bringing lagging students at par. Letting students who are ahead to do whatever they want as a reward for finishing things in time.
Why this configuration?
For teachers:
This configuration ensures that we use the same amount of teachers as will be used in a conventional classroom while guaranteeing personalized tutoring.
Analytics regarding utilization of a station can be used to make further operational decisions.
If a station is operating over its capacity, it may mean one or more of the following:
subject needs more time
more staff is required for the subject station
too much content to cover
students are not able to cope with the difficulty
If a station is operation under its capacity, vice versa of above.
For students:
For students it would mean learning from the best, at their own pace, while testing their learning. It would mean going as slow or as fast as they want.
This system of schooling would produce many more excellent students who would finish school much earlier than they would have in the conventional system.
