The team has Selected to go for a Job must attend before a day to The company base and preparing the equipment of the Job after the finish. The Job should all the equipment parts be cleaned and returned to its part and the supervisor of the Job should monitor all the steps.
The team should clean all equipment overall in the company base and the supervisor should monitor and control all the steps within 24 hours after the job is finished.
In case there is any damage or missing in the equipment, the responsible person needs to send a report to the Coordinator Manager.
For your information, if any team won’t commit to the procedures above, the bonus would cut and delayed the salaries.
