Self-defense justification
Justification of self-defense is always against dangerous attacks that can lead to serious bodily injuries or can result in death or even kidnapping and forcible raping. The standard rule which has the deadly force may be brought without retreating can be defended on the ground such that retreating is unmanly as well as unreasonable, that is right should bring not to wrong, and such brings aggression of deters. The primary rule for minorities is that when deadly force is not recommended to be used for a case where the defender is aware of the ability to retreat in safety to be justified by placing a value higher on the life of a human compared to the sense of man honor. The minority rule retreat is requiring rule, except that one should not retreat when one is attacked in his/her home or business place. Most cases are adopting the rule retreat of one in need, not withdrawn by attacked from home.
Self-defense means just taking the law into your hands; sometimes you have to do it to protect your life or property or people you love in such cases there are instances when you are required to do so (i) the necessity factor, (ii) for prevention only. For example, such occasions are used to prevent from not occurring such that it has to be occurring in the future or right no. If it happened earlier, it results in revenge, and this will be no existence of retrieval of doctrine.
The necessity is an element of self-defense such that whenever it requires one to defend himself/herself, then there is a need to make safety by using any instrument (Alm, 2019). This may be either using staff like a knife, gun in cases where there are exist two outcomes that are a matter of life or death. The necessity becomes a more substantial element of self-defense that it goes in the hand of interest of both the person and attacker. And for this case, one has to be more prepared at the time of the attack. Like for example of rape or kidnap, one may use anything to escape and come out of trouble. Generally, we can say that for self-defense to be justified, then the element of proper acts should be considering the time and purpose for action.
