SEO for Community Bond
Abstract:
In recent days we hardly remember the URL of any website; rather we just specify our need for a search engine. The search engine website immediately piled a huge list of URLs related to our need. Most of the time, we only visit the first few websites of the search result. Due to this human behavior, most of the website owners want to appear in the first position of the search result list. Popularity and trust factor of any organization is also get evaluated by an end-user based on the page rank of the website. Keeping all this fact in mind, administration of an Australia based social networking/community builder web-service provider named “Community Bond” wants to make their website search engine optimized. Community Bond organization is following a novel approach to increase the livelihood of the society, and they want to reach to more people in the society, so SEO[1] is become indispensable for their website. The aim of this document is to perform an emphatically study on the current SEO status of the website. This knowledge is helpful to design a project proposal to achieve search engine optimization for the domain https://www.communitybond.com.au/. It also provides a list of SEO techniques which may be suitable for the domain.

Survey on SEO:
Our current web-technology is highly dependent on the HTML language; it is a markup language which responsible for the representation of the webpage element present in the page body. There is another part in an HTML document which is named as the HEAD segment; it mainly stores meta-data or information about the page. This meta-information are mainly used by any search engine to compute the page rank of any website. In current days, all modern search engines like google computes page rank not only based on the meta information of the webpage but also they use information like the geographical location of the user, the behavior of the user, previous search keyword, etc. They also use the Machine Learning approach to predict the user need and provide optimal suggestion and search result. These search engines never disclose their page rank calculation formula but provide a guideline for the webpage designers to achieve good page rank in the search result.
From the perspective of a web designer, there is three way to achieve good page rank, i) use proper keyword in the meta tag[2] of the webpage as per the search engine guidelines, ii) Link the page URL with other websites to increase hit-count and iii) machine learning based digital marketing to reach interested users only. Here the first technique is the direct optimization technique, and the last two are indirect techniques, as the hit count of any website indirectly helps to up-lift page rank.

Recommendation for SEO
The above case study gives a basic idea about the current SEO state of the website. It is very clear that the website is not very optimized for the search engine. This part of the document basically provides a set of recommendations which are required to implement in order to get more hit from the search engine.
Minimization of the keywords in the meta field of the home page. Homepage of the website contains a very large number of tags/keywords, and it is not preferable for SEO.
For other publicly accessible pages of the website, we should use a dynamic approach to generate meta keywords. We may use some Artificial Inelegancy (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) approach to decide what should be the most appropriate keywords of the page. Using some server-side scripting (Like PHP) we have to embed those tags in the web-pages.
Site Link-in/Link-out: This website is not linked with other websites. Other websites also not give any reference of this website. We have to improve this statistic to get the better search result. To improve this, we may create wiki pages for the domain which probably not exists. Build public pages for this website on other popular social media is also a good approach.
Increase the popularity of the website is also very important. No technical approach is enough if there is no interest of the users for a particular website. We have to use proper digital marketing for the website to increase its popularity.
Improvement of page loading time is also desirable for the given domain. Quick page loading time is also a useful parameter to improve the SEO of a site.
Alexa rank[5] registration is also preferable; this registration is used to improve page ranking of a website.
Conclusion:
This document gives a very basic idea about the SEO status of the domain communitybond.com.au. It reveals that page rank condition is not at its best. There is a huge scope of optimization for the website. There is a root cause analysis which identifies the probable reasons of the poor SEO for given domain. Finally, we have recommended a few techniques by which we can improvise SEO of the domain. SEO optimization is not a plug-and-play kind of activity, periodic monitoring of the SEO strategy is required. For the proper implementation of the SEO strategies, more information and feedback is required from the domain administrator.
