Weatherly is seen to harass Eliza Dushku on set persistently sexually. However, when Eliza Dushku complained to Weatherly regarding the sexual harassment, she was fired. However, with this policy, some individuals may become reluctant to report any cases of sexual harassment, especially if they are juniors. CBS, as a company, ought to have defined what constitutes sexual harassment at the workplace. Besides, it should have highlighted good behavior in regards to sexual harassment at work.
