From the presented case, it is evident that Michael Weatherly, CBS actor and Glen Gordon Caron, the writer-producer upheld more power in the television shown named “Bull”. Weatherly is seen to harass Eliza Dushku on set persistently sexually. However, when Eliza Dushku complained to Weatherly regarding the sexual harassment, she was fired. The act of being fired minus being listened to and a solution derived highlights the power that Weatherly exercised.

The primary stakeholders involved in the presented case include Michael Weatherly, Eliza Dushku, CBS, and Glenn Gordon Caron.
