If Innovation is present in the competitiveness of nations, frontrunners, companies, and individual workers, new quality goods and services are produced.
If there is Innovation in a nation, leaders, employees, and also companies’ competitiveness, there will be improvements in the production process.
Innovation may result in companies, influencers, nations, and employees, gaining a more competitive advantage over others.
Question 2
Creativity can be defined as an act that involves converting novel and imaginative ideas into actuality. Also, creativity can be referred to as the ability to surpass traditional thinking ways or deeds and developing unique concepts, methods, and or objects the item created can be physical or intangible. Creativity is more of an inherited trait. Genetic effects shape the size of an individual’s creativity. Creativity is more of a humanoid quality other than a gift. Creativity is an innate trait in all children (Kaufman, 2016), but can be lost as they move through life and enter adulthood. Creative corrosion can be attributed to life experiences, phobia of failure, schooling. Therefore this shows that creativity could be based on society. An individual can learn non-creative behavior. However, creativity can be re-learned; hence, creativity is not a gift (Leikin, 2017). It is a skill that can be gained by anyone from the young to the old. However, the earlier you learn to become creative, the better because it is a very competitive world, and creative individuals are very much welcomed at every level in an organization.
