Should we do exercise every day?
Antunes et al. argue that exercise is critical in metabolism and general physical wellbeing (7). Physical exercise includes activities that involve body movement or interaction of the body with objects that keep fitness and maintain good health and metabolism. Exercises also relieve mental stress and promote relaxation. We should exercise every day because it keeps us fit, helps in combating diseases and health conditions, promotes better sleep, boosts energy, and it can be fun.
We should exercise every day to prevent metabolic diseases and conditions and live healthy lifestyles. Scientists suggest that health conditions like stroke, high blood pressure, anxiety, and metabolic syndrome can be managed through regular exercise (Hanna et al. 898). Furthermore, exercising helps to ensure proper blood floor in the body through a series of biological reactions to muscle exercise. Exercising every day helps in keeping the body active and preventing these diseases.
Exercising every day improves the mood and boosts energy for a person. According to Gong et al. (1544), physical activity stimulates various chemicals in the brain that leave a person feeling happier, less anxious, and relaxed. The relaxation and stimulated body activity help the person have a better metabolism, which boosts the breakdown of sugars and other minerals in the body to boost the energy. This increases the energy within the body and enhances the metabolic activity within the body.
Exercise enhances better relaxation within the body and helps a person to have a better sleep. We should exercise every day because of the increased metabolic activity from exercise, enhancing muscle relaxation, and better sleep. The exercise engages muscles in different parts of the body and creates relaxation once a person completes it (González-Calvo et al. 42). However, one should not exercise close to sleep because exercise leaves the muscles active and may take time before relaxation.
Lastly, we should exercise every day because exercise helps to keep fit and is an enjoyable activity. According to Hanna et al. (900), exercising helps to keep the body active. An active body is vital in keeping different parts of the body functional and fit. Fitness also helps keep the muscles strong and resilient, which is critical in maintaining body fitness and excitement. Regular exercise also keeps the body active and becomes enjoyable when done daily.
Exercise is vital in creating good body reactions and enhancing efficient metabolism within the body. Exercising every day will help to keep the body active and to improve metabolism. It helps to avoid health problems, maintain fitness, and socialize.
