Crime- Jess is a grifter, Nicky a robber and his father a murderer and conman. The theme of a conman is displayed from the movie start to the end. Nicky runs a crew whose main task is to con and pickpocket. The climax of the theme is displayed when Nicky sells a simple formula to all the competitors for Formula One with the intent of making more.

The movie revolves along with three main themes which are; Comedy portrayed in the gambling scams and Nicky losing all the crew’s money. The movie is full of humor as the tricks played on the unsuspecting victims leaves the viewers entertained.

The second theme is romance- Nicky and Jess develop affection for each other and then she joins his crews. The two becomes emotionally attached affecting the game. Nicky has to leave. The romance relationship becomes the reason why Nicky ends up losing focus. The
