Apple, oats and dates smoothie are simple, healthy and quick smoothie, which you can drink at breakfast. Those who do not like oats can take it as a smoothie.
Apple-Oats Smoothie
Ingredients: To make smoothies:
One apple
2 tsp oats
Three dates (seeds removed)
Pinch of cinnamon powder
750ml Milk

For Garnishing:
Two slices of apple
Method:
Blend all the ingredients to make smoothies in a blender.
Garnish with apple slices and serve in a glass.
