Stakeholder influence grid
Stakeholder influence grid ensures stakeholders level of power and interest in terms of commitment against the support of the business. High engagement tends to adequately provide business change and consider commitment towards firm believers of the company (Project management, 2018). Employees and senior management have high power and high interest in finding business change while working on competitive advantage and ensuring business commitment. High energy and high-interest grid are specifically for the firm believers of the business who can change the scenario and consider an effective change in the industry. Therefore a stakeholder matrix will focus on the increasing growth of the business and support business with positivity.
