Talent Inventory Summary
My skills test scores have shown that I have great socializing and enterprising skills with a score of 31 and 20 respectively. However, realistic and artistic skills are my worst skills with a score of zero and two respectively while investigative and conventional are moderate skills with a score of seventeen and fifteen respectively. Therefore, my future career should better focus on tasks that require socializing skills.
Socializing is my greatest skill which is relevant in careers such as teaching, marketing, and service to people. With much social interest, my career would involve working with others and helping them to grow and learn. As a sociable person, am good at interacting and communicating with other people using gestures, personal appearance, and body language (Adams, & Galanes, 2017). I have demonstrated my social skills in team participation and networking ability to bring team members together, initiate meetings, and conferences.
In conclusion, the talent test is essential in determining the skills of an individual for consideration of their career. Talent assessment has shown that I have strong social and enterprising skills. These skills are evident and relevant in my daily life at a personal and career level. My social skills are critical for the service profession including teaching and marketing. I string look forward to pursuing a service profession to put these skills to practice.
