- Ensure minimum inconvenience to the staff and clients of the organisation.
- Deal with any issues or problems that arise.
- Acquire any relevant knowledge that will be useful for future work.

Explain how the following tools could assist the project manager for this project.
- Gantt Chart
- Logic Network
- PERT Chart
- Product Breakdown Structure (PBS)
- Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Each element of this section should be approximately 200 to 300 words long and contain relevant diagrams. If you think the tool is irrelevant for this task please explain why and include a demonstration where possible (e.g. Gant Chart) (20 marks)
2) Risk Management
How can the team use project management tools to minimise the chance of something going wrong?
This section should be approximately 600 words long plus relevant diagrams. (10marks
3) Project Management Overview
This section lists and explains what project management tools would be needed to ensure a successful outcome of this project. The result should meet all four elements of the aim.
This section should be approximately 300 words long plus relevant diagrams.
Introduction and Conclusion: Your Task 1 report should will include an introduction, conclusion and full references.
