Responsibilities- Team leader responsibilities include:
Develop strategies that will help to reach business goals with the help of team members
Setting clear goals for the team members
Achieving team objectives with collaboration and coordination

Working towards open communication culture
Using resources for better communication
Getting familiarity with social networking channels and addressing to Automobile trends
Delegating tasks
Setting deadlines for the team
Monitoring team growth and reviewing team members performance
Ensure company objectives
Address customer concern
Establish a work task for team members and ensuring a clean workplace
Training new employees and providing an induction program to know the standards and procedures of the company

Selection criteria
Skills- Ability to speak with higher authorities while informing the overall results of team members. Communication skills, team-building skills and presentation skills are the core skills that a team leader should possess posses which are focusing on selection criteria.
Computer skills are necessary, which include Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentation.
Leadership skill is essential as a team leader is responsible for leading the team and achieving increased performance that affects business growth.
Decision-making skills are necessary as it will help to make effective decisions in the business
Knowledge- Must have experience relating to the automobile industry and its significant growth. Knowledge regarding portals and accessing data banks is essential criteria for the selection process
A candidate should be sensitive to fulfil the work requirement and have the ability to communicate with clients on phone calls.
Meetings will be handled, which will be handled by the team leader. A team leader should be open to travel to clients as and when necessary.
Extensive knowledge of management and application of knowledge in the workplace
Experience-
A high school diploma is required. Advanced supervisory experience of at least one year is required
Five years of experience in the Automobile industry is must for the candidate to apply for the position of team leader
Qualifications-
Minimum Qualification required for the candidate is a Bachelor’s degree in which the candidate should possess more than 80%.
Experience in training programs
Ability to organize and manage employees to perform the work
Proficient understanding of business goals
