Testing and differentiated instructions are two competent methods of formative assessment, which teachers use to modify the performance of the learner in the leading process. My mentor used testing as one of the best achievements of improving the performance because it has the standard of measure, which results expose in the scoring data. Testing and differential instruction are adjustable according to the learning styles available in the district. The ability of the State to provide the resource identifies the change or alteration of the differentiated instructions. The State test results should recommend adjustment of teaching professionalism instructions to improve the existing techniques of the presenting instructions to the learners (Ackermans et al., 2018). District test results should provide suitable data that is useful in evaluating the ability of a learner to improve.

Instruction is differentiated based on the state and district results of tests through the innovation of useful approaches at the state level and analyzing the students’ work at district levels. District schools may apply students’ homework continuously and mark the changes as the State evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of the learning styles to differentiate the learning process.

Technology has been integrating the learning process that allows the teachers to administer the tests. Online classes assist the administration in providing timed-examination that essentially develops effective automated evaluation. Besides, technology increases the efficiency of test data evaluation. The results are delivered to the families through emails and post on the school portal (Ackermans et al., 2018). Families use technology devices to access the results of tests through the internet.  The assessment law defines mandatory inclusivity of every child as law state no child should be left behind on the act of the State. The accommodations are described based on available changes. Additionally, the teachers and other stakeholders of every IEP team should participate according to the changes in the district and state level (Ackermans et al., 2018). Formative assessment is useful in both district and state levels, and teachers and the education sector can pally it to achieve the expected goals in the learning process.
