The Chief Executive Officer, the Board of Directors, the different department heads, and my fellow workers, good afternoon. There is no joy I can express more than the one I have now standing before you to accept this award for the best salesperson for this month. Given the fact that I joined this company only six months ago, I would first want to thank God for given such grace to win such a contested award in my early years of working for this prestigious company. Thanks for the seal, energy, and health he has given me while undertaking the operations that the company requires me to accomplish.
In my six months of working with this company, I can now attest that the only thing that can keep one going is doing what you love. To do what you love, you first have to find what you love. This means that you will be doing what is right for your work as it is true for your lovers. Doing what you love will mean that your work will fill a large part of your life; hence the more you work, the more satisfaction you get. Therefore, I besiege every one of you here who have not found love in what they do to keep looking until they do so. For me, I think I enjoy my work as a salesperson and will never give it up for anything.
It will be absurd and selfish if I end this speech without thanking my colleagues who, without them, I could not have managed to achieve what I achieved. For that reason, I would say without fear or favor that I am so lucky to work with the most diligent, honest, and loyal workmates. From the seniors to the juniors, you people are so supportive no matter how new one is in this company. You have made my place of work more than a home that I look forward each day to come and work from. Thanks so much as I look forward to even more years at this company. Once again, I thank you all for this award.
