The criminal justice system is challenging, which is difficult in carrying any process without
any flaws; the criminal justice system cannot proceed without flaws.In this regard, there is a need for parties with in the criminal justice system to remain objective and not biased when handling cases.
In this regard, the judges should remain objective and not be biased when handling criminal cases until they reach a conviction. The same applies to when they are scrutinizing testimonies and evidence.
In summary, it is the weakest link in the system.The stronger point in the system is the grand jury process, which ensures that there is no bias during court cases.
