The Data analysis on the Bank customers.
As the bank data analyst, the main objective of this particular study is to carry out some investigation customers who rely on the bank for different essential services. The specific aim of the data analysis that needs to be conducted on the collected data is to enhance bank management in studying the customers’ banking and spending habits. Therefore this research by conducting the data analysis will enable the bank management in collaboration with the other employees to make some improvements in accordance to the output of the data analysis which will also result to the considerable satisfaction of the customers’ needs.
Therefore, the data collected and recorded on the excel sheet will be analyzed using the Microsoft Excel tool using three different types of graphs: the bar graph, the pie chart, and the frequency table. The study of the output graphs will be done using the visual impression in terms of the percentage coverage on the pie chart, the distribution of figures on the frequency table, and the highest and the lowest bar on the bar graph. The various graphs obtained from the data on the excel sheet are as follows:

As the distribution of data on the bar chart in figure 1, the year 2014 has got the highest frequency of the derivative instruments at an approximate of 1,300,000 with also the highest frequency of the commercial papers. The year 2018 has got the highest frequency of the equity services at an approximate value of 80,000. Generally, as per the distribution of the data in table 1, the trend of the bank services among the customers seems to decline from 2014 to the year 2018. Therefore, bank management should come with some measures on how to improve on their services, especially in terms of derivative instruments.

As per the distribution of the analyzed data in figure 2, the percentage distribution of the past five years seems to be almost similar, which indicates that there is no change in the bank services for the past five years. Therefore, the pie chart will not be suitable for making some conclusions over the data distribution on bank services to the customers.

Table 1 shows the frequency table of the population data distribution in terms of services to bank customers. The bank services that are above 140,000 have got the highest frequency as compared to the other essentials.
Therefore taking into consideration all the three forms of the data analysis on the bank customers using the bar graph, the pie chart and the frequency table, the analysis using the bar graph seems to be suitable due to clear visual impression and precise comparison of the distribution of the three variables on the collected data. As per the distribution of the data in figure one, the services of the bank on the customers have gradually gone down from the year 2014to the year 2018; hence the bank management should make some improvement, especially on the derivative instruments, which consist of the majority of customers.
