The differences between the beliefs of two or more religious groups brought together results to violence in religion. The force includes the acts committed against a religious group or the acts committed by a religious group. No religion teaches in direct support of religious violence, but instead, they find solutions to enable religious groups to live in peace. Jainism religion entirely promotes peace through its doctrines which states that harming any living creature is illegal. Overlooking the majority religion as the right one contributes to violence as the minority religion also tries to prove their supremacy and protect their faith. Scriptures, doctrines and teachings of different religions may conflict, resulting in more aggressiveness. The Islam leaders killed the Sikhism leaders for failing to adjust their scriptures. All religions should acknowledge that there is only one God and only the forms of worship are different. Religions usually promote violence unknowingly and unwillingly through religious hatred like the Islam who used to murder the Hindus. However, the concerned beliefs eventually come up with a solution to end the violence. These may include a mutual agreement between the religious leaders or learning to live with the differences. In search of peace, a bridging mini-religion accommodating the cultures from the warring religions tends to come up. An example of such is Sikhism religion which is a blend of Hindu and Islamic religions.
I always find transcendent experiences when communing with nature. I believe that I am genetically wired to be in contact with nature, making me climb mountains whenever I am free. Mountain climbing creates a natural connect for nature and I. Most people enjoy the view because as it helps us restore ourselves by getting happier with improvements following in our lives. Also, nature helps us reduce anger, depression and anxiety as well. The general well being of human beings is characterized by nature. Once we spend time in nature, a secure connection is established, and unity is also enhanced. The healing factor of nature is highly recognized by most people in that it curbs muscle tension, heart rate and makes us feel better emotionally. In the Shinto religion practised in Japan today, has gods known as kami who always take the form of nature such as mountains and trees. In Shinto, they believe in the love of nature and worshipping the forces of nature.
When Confucius religion said a similar thing as “Golden Rule”, for Christianity, it means that human beings should do unto others exactly what they want to be done for them. Confucius was born around 551, which five centuries before the birth of Jesus Christ, and this might be the reason as to why some people think Jesus plagiarized the golden rule from Confucius. I believe that Jesus did not rip the golden rule from Confucius because the golden rule matched with several Biblical and Jewish sentiments. The originality of Jesus message is not questioned because the laws are written on the hearts of followers of Christ. Daoism stresses life and what is ordinary and impulsive in individual life, while Confucianism relates to human culture and social tasks of its followers. Daoism and Confucianism merge their belief systems into current systems, which aids in cultural evolution and the history of religion.
