The managerial concept is a business wing that determines how various business goals should be achieved. Managerial concepts are vital in an organization in the field of efficiency and resource utilization. Though modern organization work differently there is a common strategy that is the ability to plan short term and long term goal so as to achieve the general organizational goals. Strategic management is another aspect that determines the direction that will be taken by an organization.in any type of managerial concept the internal and external threats, weaknesses, strength, and opportunities are established and planed for efficiency. The paper will focus on marketing and selling concept of the Microsoft Company.

Marketing and selling concept is vital part of managerial concept, it is concept that ensures that the consumers’ needs are satisfied and ensures that the goods sold maximizes the profit and the organization compete fairly.in order to maximize profit in this concept the manager should ensure that they use a suitable marketing strategy and their goods satisfies the interest of customers and the society at large (“5 Marketing Concepts – Marketing Management Philosophies”, 2020).

Microsoft uses eight marketing processes to make sure that their products remains the best. It have established networking strategy to make sure that their services are used in a wide rage hence improving their profit margins. Regular launching of their product is another strategy which ensures that their products are reliable and remain relevant to their clients. Learning and adapting, Microsoft ensures that their client are fully satisfied for example in2008 after receiving client compline about the security features of their widows they ensured widows 7 and 8 have the security features the client needed the last strategy that have made the company the remain at the top is ensuring brand equity.

In Microsoft Company the marketing and selling process start by establishment of consumers need and gaps in the field of technology. After this process the management develops an innovative team that will solve the needs and the gaps discovered (2020). Lastly, the company launches the products and goes back on the above discussed marketing strategies.

The current marketing strategy of Microsoft is more effective than the previous ones. The company mostly focuses on consumers success and the use of the 4ps (2020).by focusing on consumers they ensure total trust from consumers. They also showcase their innovations to maintain the largest market share in the globe. They use the 4ps as a tactic of marketing plan that is the use of product, place, promotion, and pricing by utilizing these strategies they enjoy high revenue margins comparing to other competitive businesses (“The new business model: Relationship Selling – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Blog”, 2020).

 

Selling being the action of converting services and product into cash and marketing being the process of meeting the consumers’ needs Microsoft have invested much in these two processes. The company uses penetration pricing in order to boost the profit (“The new business model: Relationship Selling – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Blog”, 2020).this is the best way of gaining a lot of market shares. More to that Microsoft also incurs cost of about a million $ per year as advertisement cost but they make more profit than that therefore it is a good business to invest in.

Microsoft management strategy have improved over the years. They are mostly focusing on innovation strategy which addresses cultural needs ant technological improvement. This framework is developed to ensure comprehensive approach that will always support innovation.by doing so the company have improved much on their profit margin.

In conclusion, marketing concept stand on the grounds that the achievement of organizational goals depends on understanding what the consumers’ needs and establishing a market the sales concept they view customers as clients who will only purchase the product if only convinced.by focusing on these two process the organization can enrage and improve on their profit margin.
