The main idea for doing this part is to illustrate the role played by departments and specialization in an organization. Moreover, to discuss the significance of job satisfaction, human relations, and motivation of workers in an organization. The other purpose for doing this part is to illustrate the importance of information management through computer systems and technology. Therefore the goals and objectives of this part B are expectations to understand and plan an effective organizational structure that will enhance proper management and survival of our business for long-term outcomes. We will provide an organization hierarchy that will enable employees to understand their roles and where to report in case of anything. Also, we are expected to provide the job descriptions in our organization and train the employees so that they can adhere to the required achievements. More so, the development of organizational culture will also help in the planning of our franchised business. We also have an objective to recognize the importance of compensating our employees to sustain our skilled workers. Also, incentives will be discussed so that we understand the need for motivating the workers. Doing this part will also help to identify the required raw materials and supplies necessary for us to run our business effectively. Another goal is to provide quality assurance to our customers; thus, doing this part will enable us to come up with steps to ensure we sustain our high-quality products and services. Finally, we expect to come up with the expected revenue and the charges for our products. By doing this part, we will be able to set fair prices to prevent overpricing or underpricing.
