The second amendment law gives a chance for Americans to legally acquired gun for self-defense at their home. The outcry of Americans about massive death resulted from gun owners not storing the gun insecure way, and the son ends up going to shoot children in El Paso. Various recommendations were given to the senate to pass law, which will ensure American citizens are safe from any gun owner. The recommendations were not meant to violate the second amendment but clarify what type of gun one should own, how to store the gun, and who has the right to get the license to own a gun.
People have the right to choose what to buy, but the government should license one type of gun and allow private firearm sellers only to sell one type of gun to citizens. This second amendment is not violated, and the government is the power to ensure the gun owned cannot have the power to make massive killing only can be used for self-defense.
To set it clear which arm should citizens own, there be clear guidelines on type shotgun and rifles one can own depending on barrel inches. To prevent crimes done using firearms, silencers and machineguns should not in the position of any citizen. With clear guidelines, arms licensing agencies will easily control the type of guns citizens can own.
No one should be in a position of military weapons that used to fight terrorism. Right to own an arm and not give one chance one to have any arms like grenades or rocket launchers. There are those massacre weapons that are only meant to defend the United States but not to be used inside the United States against its citizens.
