According to some case studies very less amount of work has been done towards the implementation of six Sigma in manufacturing industries like paper, cement, fertilizer, ceramic, gems, jewelry, surface treatment, etc. to measure the improvement in an overall way, the financial indicators, personnel indicators, process indicator, and customer indicators are useful sans the implementation of Six Sigma in manufacturing companies. But the existing implementation of six Sigma does not improve the growth of the companies. This is because the existing Six Sigma practices are poor, it does not improve peoples’ equity, and there is no improvement in customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive relationship with financial benefits, growth of the company, people’s equity, and productivity.
