Abstract.
The primary purpose of looking into Theater N’s executive summary is to understand the general overview of the business. Furthermore, we take a look at its website and also the problems identified when using Facebook as a marketing tool for Theatre N. Delving more in-depth on the website, we get to know what gives the company a sense of direction. That is, by understanding its mission and vision. We also get to understand the reason why using Facebook is more of an opportunity than a blackout to Theater N. Through identifying the problems encountered while using Facebook as a marketing tool, we get to design ways to solve problems identified. Thus making Facebook an excellent marketing tool for theater N. The paper also gives reasons behind the challenges of using Facebook and also the benefits of using Facebook as a marketing tool. Lastly, the reasons why Theatre N will use Facebook for marketing and how it will help boost our sales in terms of attracting more clients.
The Theatre N, which was officially opened in 2002 and refurbished in 2009, offers quite a range of quality services to their clients. Theatre N provides a podium where drama, documentaries, comedies, and also foreign movies are filmed. With a mission and a vision to promote marketing activities, the workers have been able to have a sense of direction, thus offering quality services to their clients. Our mission is to entertain, educate, and empower both audiences and artists; by illuminating our talented artists, we appreciate the art and culture of our diverse community. Our vision statement states that; Theatre N Company seeks to provide a dynamic organization in a modern facility that is recognized for enhancing theoretical production and art, which is culturally diverse.
Theatre N’s target market is not only to attract the young people but also create loyalty with them. Since our main aim is to entertain and educate, the young people will help us achieve our mission and also nurture talents among various artists. With our spacious theater, we can accommodate more than two hundred clients, and also, the performing artists have a spacious podium for performance. We aim to create loyal customers through designing loyalty programs that integrate into the life of our clients. In the next two years, we project to make a net profit of $100000, and this will be made possible through our current objectives. The objectives include; offering quality customer service, proper film section for the audience and the theater environment; Combining revenues from traditional films and also by offering snacks and beverages which are of high quality and lastly managing the internal finances carefully to control cost.
By Theater N using Facebook as a channel of marketing its business, it is an opportunity for them to thrive; however, there are some blackouts which need to be addressed for Theater N to prosper. Theater N website may be marketing itself on Facebook, whereas there is no content strategy on the webpage. The content on the website is a determinant of how many clients one is going to attract and retain. Thus the content should be in line with the products being offered and also the marketing goals of the company. The mission and visions of Theatre N should get included. Besides, the content should be engaging to the audience. The information should either be based on texts, visuals, audio, or all of them. This will make the advert look more attractive, thus attracting more and more clients.
Also, the website could have attractive content yet not generate any traffic or leads. The reason behind this is that Facebook algorithms change regularly, making it challenging for marketers to create enough demand for their products. (Hansson, 2013) Even though marketers spend so much time in creating content, the leads do not convert. Thus for one to generate traffic, lots of cash needs to spent on ads. With the right content on the website, money is not going to get wasted since it will attract lots of clients. An additional method of creating traffic on the website is through the use of a landing page. This helps in securing one’s leads for the brands; thus, creating traffic will be so much easier. Lastly, making good use of targeting options will help generate traffic. Through using the provided targeting options, it will help in reaching out to the appropriate audience.
Using Facebook as an opportunity to help in marketing will help a lot in attracting and retaining clients. Since all the challenges posed for using Facebook have their solutions and recommendations this will be an opportunity to market Theater N. With all the popularity and larger demographics that Facebook has this will help in marketing Theatre N. (Kalra, 2016) Besides, Facebook is a fast-growing application thus as more and more people join daily. Theater N can take advantage of that and use that platform for marketing. Statistics also show that people spend more time interacting with Facebook; this will be an opportunity for people from different parts of the world to interact with the Theater N website. Theatre N missions and vision should give direction and purpose for having the Theatre N. In conclusion, the Theater N website should contain engaging content and take advantage of the Facebook application to generate more and more clients.
