It becomes difficult to separate adults from adolescent because they were all receiving the same fare for comedies. Page 235, paragraph 6. Its effect was not impromptu rather were they gradually cumulative as the evil was not recognised till it was almost to repair page 235 paragraph 2. Behaviour altering was affected by the sequence of scenes displayed in a motion picture. A good example is in the film called “Mabel’s room” the naked scenes shown to children on the screen. Those sequences affected young college student where they referred to them as “the hottest yet”. (page 236 paragraph 12)

Motion pictures facilitated the rapid growth of California whereby production film industry was built attracting investors to venture into this city. There were 28000 theatres where half of them was in the industrial centres of Illinois, New York, Ohio and other cities emerged as a result of movies. (page 246 paragraph1)
