It is true the support provided by the organization regarding evidence-based practice can either make it successful or act as the barrier. Also, the way it is communicated to the nurses and other medical providers determine if they will resist or accept the use of evidence-based practice. Your argument is valid, and it is well supported by evidence from previous studies.

Your post is well developed with the barriers well explained. I agree that lack of time and inability to overcome workplace resistance have resulted in a lack of complete implementation of EBP. You can include lack of enough resources as a barrier to successful implementation as well as lack of knowledge on the use of evidence. I also agree that proper education can increase the rate of EBP adoption in the United States.

I agree with your post that nurses may be the hindrance to the success of the implementation of the Evidence-based practice. Lack of adequate training and insufficient research about EBP can be the major barriers which have prevented the complete adoption of evidence-based practice. Although inadequate research about EBP has been the main concern, training is also required to reduce resistance.
