In the CEO’s case, the strengths include improved communication skills, self-efficiency, flexibility, creativity, and innovation. The CEO can equally work in group settings and is good in task organization. However, there are some weaknesses such as less concern on other people, trust issues, harsh decisions, lack of life-work balance, and easily bored with routine work.   In the case of boredom, it can be addressed by restructuring the tasks and regular training of the CEO. Trust issues, work-life balance, and less regard for others indicate inadequate onboarding and recreational activities. Having more work offs and introducing recreational, and team bonding can lead to better relations among the employees.

The COO has an average extraversion score, a friendly and genuine individual. These traits make it possible to initiate and maintain relationships with other people. The COO is also organized, reliable, has high morale, and committed to team activities. However, there are limitations such as agreeableness, tough persons to underhand, and inability to compromise with others.  These limitations are an indication of the inability to have fruitful experiences in team settings. This can be addressed by improving communication skills, decision making, and interaction with other people. It is necessary to be more tolerant and interact with other employees.

The CHRO has exceptional time management skills that allow for the accomplishment of tasks within the set deadlines. The CHRO is also practical in approaching real issues, thus eliminating the risk of compulsive thinking or being misled by other people. However, the CHRO is also emotional and can thus use hurting words and suffers from low self-esteem.  Low-self-esteem and low morale are linked to work settings.  However, this can be addressed through counseling, communication of the problems to the human resource department, and improving communication skills. Communication skills offer a platform to express the needs that ought to be changed in an organization.

The CFO has improved communication skills and excels in public speaking. As such, there is the possibility of dealing with people from diverse backgrounds without triggering any conflicts. However, the CFO has a limitation on time management, which makes it impossible to accomplish many tasks. The weaknesses with time management can be dealt with scheduling, planning, and having contingency plans. It is also vital to ensure that tasks do not accumulate as this may affect both quality and the delivery time of the tasks.

The CINO is competent in different technical skills such as editing and can work with large groups.  Additionally, the CINO can work in teams and under pressure without compromising the quality of the results. However, there are problems with interpersonal skills and thus the increased irritability and inability to talk to other people. Moreover, these weaknesses lead to both trust issues and delays in the submission of tasks. Nonetheless, these problems can be addressed through improved interpersonal skills such as speaking and listening.

The CMO is an outgoing individual and has improved leadership skills.  There is also the care to other people and the willingness to experiment with new things.  However, there is also some weakness such the dislike for orders, opposition to criticism, introverted, impatient. These weaknesses call for the ability to handle one emotion and communicate with other people without triggering conflicts. The CMO thus needs to begin by identifying the factors that lead to irritability and move to the improvement of communication, interpersonal, and professional skills.  The transformational leadership style is vital in ensuring that a business retains its competitiveness and effectively deals with all the emerging changes.
