USABILITY REPORT OF A WEBSITE
Description of The Website
This usability report will focus on the BestBuy website. It is an online store shop where people can shop for electronics, computers, appliances, cell phones, and video games. It is well known for selling electronics to its customers. A customer is allowed to log in to the website to buy the items he or she wants. After buying the product online, it usually delivered to the address the buyer set.
Purpose of The Website
The primary purpose of the website is to provide an online platform where people can easily buy electronics, and the items are delivered to the address set.
The function of The Website
The website helps in easy access and purchase of electronics, computers, appliances, cell phones, and video games.
Intended User Population of The Website
The people who are targeted to the website are those who have the urge to shop electronics, computers, appliances, cell phones, and video games. However, they cannot physically go to the outlets and opt to use the online platform.
My Experience with The Website
My first experience with the website was when I wanted to buy a television. I opened the website, and I did the necessary registration as per the regulation of the website. I searched the television I wanted the I put the order request for delivery.
What I Liked About the Website
The website was easier to use. Moreover, it was easier to access the product I wanted to purchase. The checking out process was also much easier. The website also had a variety of products; hence I had the freedom to choose the television I desired to buy.
What I Didn’t Like About the Website
The website took too long to open, and also it is not perfectly organized.

The more I continue using the website, the more I become fast in accomplishing the purchasing of a product using the website.

Definition
The ability to remember how to use a given product or device in future visits.

After not using the website for more than five months without purchasing anything, I still remembered the process of purchasing a product on the website.
Error Rate
Definition
It shows how often a certain user may make an error while using a given device or system. It also tests how severe the errors are and how the user recovers (Aamir & Mansoor, 2013).

I once almost bought an item that I had the desire to buy, and I noticed the mistake before checking out and removed the item.

Definition
The ability of someone liking to use a given product.

Whenever I want to do online shopping, I always prefer using the BestBuy online platform to order for my products.
Suggestions for improvement of the product
There is a need for the company to enhance the appearance of the website since it is not well arranged.
