I/We the undersigned do hereby nominee and appoint ____________ (Advocate) C/o _____________ (Address of Advocate/Law Firm) to be Counsel in the above matter and for me/us and on my/our behalf of to appear, plead, act and answer in the high court or in appeallate court, or in any court, to which the business is transferred in the above matter, and to design and file petitions, statements, exhibits, compromises, or other documents, whatsoever in the said matter arising therefrom, and also to apply for and receive all reports, or copies of documents, depositions, etc. and to implement for and get issued any arrest, attachment or any execution, warrant or order, and to conduct any proceeding that may arise thereout, and to apply for and receive payment of any or all sums of submit the matter to arbitration.
Provided that if any part of Advocate’s fees remains unpaid prior to thr first hearing of the case or if any discussion of the matter be fixed beyond the limits of the town, then, and in such an event, my/our said Advocate shall not be bound to appear before the Court and if the said Advocate appears in the said case, he shall be entitled to an outstation fee and other expenses of lodging, travelling etc. provided also that if the case be dismissed by default, or if it may proceeded ex parte, the said Advocate shall lawfully do.
