Verdant Leisure is the UK based Ward winning family Holiday parks that are classified as a small-medium company. The business was established in the year 1990 with diverse services to its customers. Among the services offered by the company are holiday options that suit various budgets. However, customers can buy or rent a home or caravan in one of the specific places. The ideal homes to be rented or owned are located around Scotland, Northumberland, and Durham. The holiday periods not only provide an opportunity for the customers to spend together but also allows them to try and explore new things in the area. However, the business’s operational activities can be determined by a complete analysis of its marketing strategies and other promotional services. Among the approaches is the use of social media and websites (Bright, 2018). However, appropriate interaction strategies and proper approaches when speaking to customers is another way of promoting the business. The paper, therefore, gives an analysis of Verdant Leisure park which is categorized as a small to medium business based in the UK, as follows;7

The company’s primary value proposition is the innovations in stunning places on the coast and the Northern Hills of Northern Britain. Similarly, the company is committed to offering the customers excellent services that are intended to satisfy and cherish the customers. To achieve this, they focus their passion on being dedicated to team enhancement and customer satisfaction. Their continued interest in making the customers satisfied with the services enables them to be outstanding in the marketplace (Bolton, 2016). This has specifically facilitated the growth of the company from its small market framework to the current position. At the beginning of the business, the company had two parks on the Berwickshire coast, which operated with small profit margins. However, due to the various marketing and operational strategies, the company eventually has grown to nine parks, which are operational in various parts. The headquarters were established in North England and South Scotland to id the ultimate goal of customer satisfaction. The company has also been in progressive growth due to continuous search for opportunities in the new markets.

In consideration of marketing strategies, the company has initiated the use of call to action to direct the users and motivate the customers. This has been appropriated in websites whereby the company has incorporated some words such as “Buy or rent now” alongside their adverts (Bolton, 2016). This has enabled quick and influential access to the services in the company. Similarly, the website users can also make an impromptu decision to visit the park upon seeing the offers.

The media platforms used by the company, on the other hand, are Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook. These platforms have been utilized in marketing the company services in various geographical locations in Europe. Similarly, the company has also used websites to enable customers to have easy access to the company’s information. However, the company has not achieved maximum growth in the market place due to its position. In other words, the company is still operating within the small locations which are within the locality of the United Kingdom (Bolton, 2016). Concerning the frequency of interaction with the customers, the company provides a seven-day customer care service that operates from 6: am till 9: pm. However, the attendants are often allowed to freely interact with the customers and even the potential customers who have never experienced the company’s services.

From the analysis above, it can be deduced that the Verdant Leisure Company provides a stay and a good experience for the customers who are primarily located in the locality of the UK. However, the company experiences threats from other competitors who can provide the same services within the area. Such companies include the Airbnb company, which is within the global position. In other words, the company operates within some parts of the UK. With accommodation and hospitality services. Airbnb’s major strength is the use of excellent marketing strategies such as the additional local experience to the tourists. However, the weakness of the company arises from its enemy of scale. The extra management required for the extensive company can be advantageous to the Verdant company as it has a small size compared to the competitor.
