Victim impact statement
This is the case of the girl who was sexually abused by his uncle who made her to be involved in act of pornographic. The girl started as early as the age of four years up to the girl’s early childhood. It was followed by the girl’ parents not bothering about their child. The uncle of the girl showed her the pornographic movies and started [putting the fingers in the girl’s vigina where the girl was telling him that it was hurting. The uncle was having intentions of making the girl become pornographic actor.
It is true that the uncle of the child had shown interest to prepare the child to use her in making of pornographic movies. By the actions he started displaying to the child, showed that his intentions was to use the girl for his benefits. After abusing the child he could buy her favourite snacks which was beef jerky. This left the girl with scar in way that if she see a snack she feel guilt, panic and also humanitarian.
Finally the girl is regretting on what she was doing only to be seen in camera. When she reflect back she feels that when people see her and relate to what she was doing she becomes guilty on watching sick things. The main crime committed was acting of pornographic movies while she was still young. The girl is guilt that her picture will remain in the camera forever and also to the internet.
It is clear that the girls uncle had make the girl a prisoner of her own experience in life. The girl is thinking of anything else that she can do in life and finds that all INS varnish. The time she think of getting a licence she find herself forgetting because she was taught to forget what happened to her life by his uncle. Every time she could work as waitress he finds a man staring at her and thinks that the man has encountered somewhere with her face in the act of pornographic in internets. All the life of the girl has been ruined by her uncle including life school.
Summary of the main points.
The uncle of the girls has committed a crime of child abuse. He started abusing the child as early as the age of four years. On the other hand the girl has also mistake because she used to exchange her body to her uncle with the kind of junky favourite food she wanted even when she became and adult at the age of 18. She also never discussed the issue with her parent to means that she was enjoying having sex with his uncle. Despite of all that happen the girl was left to be a prisoner of her life by his uncle since all her picture were spread everywhere in the internet, furthermore she was psychologically unstable.
As judge the victims statement would help me to decide on the sentence to pass. For this case as judge I could have imprisoned the victim for life because the act that he did to the girl made girl’s life to be ruined. The reason being that he started abusing the girl from as early age as 4 years. This left scars to the girl’s life because she was separated from his peer life.
