A mission is a general short term used to delineate the ethics, value, culture, agenda, and fundamentals and goals of the business. Mission serves the purpose of existence of the company and spells the future of the business through its vision.

Bossini Internation Limited
Bossini is an apparel brand that offers apparel products to their customers, ranging from kid’s wear, men’s and ladies.
Bossini’s Mission
“To create appealing, competitive, and quality every day, wear for a happy living (Bossini, 2019).”
Bossini’s Vision
“To be the most preferred everyday wear brand (Bossini, 2019).”
Mission Evaluation:
Both mission statements of Bossini and Shangri-La group display quality mission statement as to their length brief, generally achievable and precise. Both Businesses differentiately stand out from their competitor by providing quality above competitors in the apparel business and offering custom rendered service close to home in the hospitality industry. Shangri-La’s mission is vague because it does not clearly define, which business they want to provide quality in, the mission are however clearly state that both businesses focus on providing the highest quality (Cartridge World, 2018).
Personal Statement
I am multitalented, resourceful crew personnel and member, able to diversely learn; and quickly adapt to tasks and procedures. My skills span across customer service, results-focused, detail-oriented, accurate, mathematical aptitude, detailed-oriented.
MisMatch and Differences
The personal statement is long and lengthier than the company mission and highlights the skill one processes, and it is targeted towards a single company. The company’s mission statements are short in length and focus on a broad target group. The personal statement creates a short term goal than the company mission. The business mission statement depicts the difference from other businesses, but on the other hand, the personal statement represents individual goals that can help the organization achieve its goal.
Conclusion
Various industries such as the apparel industry or hospitality demand different visions; for the future of the apparel industry such as bossini, I would like to see the companies adopt strict chemical usage and disposal policy to promote a clean environment. I would also see a better strategy of how waste apparels are collected and recycled. The last change is to strengthen the corporate social responsibility within the community and especially poor and needy communities.
