Warren Edward Buffet was born on August 30, 1930. He has many titles including business tycoon, investor and a philanthropist. He is the current chairman of Berkshire Hathaway.
He was born in Omaha, Nebraska as the second born and a son of Leila. He started school at rose hill elementary school in the year 1942. Later after finishing elementary school, he joined Alice deal junior high school and graduated from Woodrow Wilson high school in the year 1947. He then showed interest in business and will to invest at a young age. This made him attend new York institute of finance to focus on economic background.
Warren has a net worth that adds up to $67 billion, and he is a role model he keeps focus on non-material things. He loves what he does not what money brings to him. He still lives in his original house that he purchased rather than he has a great achievement that can make him buy more than what he lives in now.
Buffett runs Berkshire Hathaway which own 60 more companies that include battery maker, Duracell, insurer Geico and chain restaurant Dairy queen.
He is regarded as the most significant U.S investor in history. Having a great ideology regarding the way he views his wealth. He prefers using his money to expand his business than using it at all world pathetic nonsense.
Buffett style of leadership can be said to be “delegative leadership”. It states merely being a leader of low productivity level but increasing the resources for team and employees.
For example, Buffett has a lot of companies, but he only earns $100,000 a year and leaving the rest of the remaining money to pay the employee and make their life better working in those companies.
Warren stands to be one of the most successful investors his style of leadership has made him be such successful.
He is optimistic due to his ability to stick to his value and belief even though the world turned to show him criticism in whatever he was doing.
He has a great ability to take correction action when thing go bad for example he took Berkshire Hathaway from individual bankruptcy to become the most respectable names in today’s living world
He has excellent analytics skills that he learned from Benjamin graham that gave him powers to invest in the right Chanel of business. This has made him over 90 per cent of investment; he makes a turn to be successful and productive in return.
