Hello Fink, excellent discussion on why stakeholders` support is essential during project proposal. I agree that any project’s success depends exclusively on stakeholders because they affect, may be affected, or perceive themselves as impacted by decisions, activities, and outcomes of the project. Stakeholders are directly involved in the project, or their interests are affected by the project’s results. It is critical to prepare well through thorough research and understanding of organizational goals and objectives to get their full support (Ramus & Vaccaro, 2017). I conquer with you that to complete the project successfully, one should manage all stakeholders and fulfill their interests.

Hi Mills, I am impressed with your discussion. I agree that stakeholders are important members of the healthcare setting. Stakeholders are all people, organizations, and other entities interested in medical evidence or decisions in which the program is based upon in the medical industry. For any program, both internal and external stakeholders play an important role. Their support is essential because they offer skills, knowledge, and resources for the program implementation (Di Maddaloni & Davis, 2017). Additionally, they have a great influence on public opinion regarding program changes. It is vital to inform them about the program in advance, especially in the interactive forums, to secure their full support.

Hello Michelle, excellent discussion. I conquer with you that in any program, stakeholders` support is essential. For your case, you need support from all parties, both external and internal stakeholders. All stakeholders offer expertise, especially on current procedures, historical information, and industry insights. It is important to include them to avoid missing significant deliverables of the project (Aragonés-Beltrán, García-Melón, & Montesinos-Valera, 2017). I support your argument that stakeholders increase project success because they will prove that current policies align with the previous policies. This aspect will reduce conflicts, and there will be excellent relationships before and after the program because they grant project acceptance.
