Project Description
Human nature is a concept that has been used distinctively to denote the dispositions and fundamental characteristics that includes thinking, acting and emotions that humans possess said to come about naturally. This term often has been used to indicate the essence of humanity or “what it means to be human. “However, this usage has proved controversial as, over time, there have been controversies and disputes of what distinguishes one to be human. Some have identified that being human means acting and thinking rationally and having reason and consciousness. Still, when human beings cease to use this ability, then they cease to be human. Others have depicted being human as the ability to show emotions, while some believe that an individual being is still considered human. The purpose of this research will be to address the human nature of human beings. The primary research method from this study will be a literature review. It will review the various argumenta that have been proposed on what being human means. Based on this understanding, my research will then compile a conclusive and conceptual finding that will be significant in addressing the research questions discussed above.

Art
The “Mona Lisa art” is a half-length portrait drawing from the Italian artist, “Leonard da Vinci.” Believed to have been painted between 1503 and 1506 in Florence, Italy, it is among the most valuable arts in the world. It is considered as an archetypal masterpiece that represents the Italian masterpiece. It is renowned as the most known, visited, most sung and written about and the most parodied work of art across the world. The lady in the portrait is believed to be Lisa Geradhine, the wife to Francesco de Giocondo. The painting is now a property of France after being acquired by King Francis 1 and has been on permanent display at the Louvre museum in Paris since 1797.
The Monalisa is a good representation of the philosophy of humanism as it focuses on an actual human being and realism. It has been used to show the renaissance through the ideals of individualism and realism. Realism is depicted in this photo through multiple colours, the detailed clothing, proportions, shade effects, harmony and composition. At the same time, individualism is brought up in the picture because it focuses on one person. The woman is painted while showing nature on the background, which allows the drawing’s primary focus to fall on the actual person.
Additionally, the painting does not portray a famous queen or prominent woman but rather a simple woman free of decorations and jewellery with simple hair and a simple veil on her face. The main focus of this image appears to be her face. Her smile is so famous and appears to increase on her mood. However, while others see her brilliant smile, others see her without it.
