What I have done
I attend all the meetings both in my division as a campaign strategist and as a whole group. In these past 7 days, I have made a timeline along with my division and Creative Media Division. In the first meet with CM (Creative Media), I have discussed IG content as a whole concept and made several microblogging words for the content. Besides, we recreate the timeline with CM and OPS because we faced making a timeline too early to be posted. In the meeting, I have given my opinion about the media partner as a community partner and microblog partner and we divided the PIC for each of the content. As for me, I have approached 1 microblog which is Kuypreneur to be our partner, if Kuypreneur as we wait until tomorrow still not responding, I will continue to the next list. I also still create the TikTok concept for the committee in Y2M. Last but not least, I recommended Youth2Move Project to have an open donation strategy, for that, I already approach Indonesia Kuat as an NGO to become our partner in the donation.
What our team has done
Most of our day, we have made a meeting until midnight to report our progress to other divisions and gave our feedback. Last night, we tried the breakout room session technically in Zoom. In operation, they have made TOR for the main speaker, created a proposal for speakers and media partner, rundown, ‘juklak’ and ‘juknis’, SOP for participants, procedure draft for breakout room session. Moreover, they already approached our main speaker, Mba Nana, and approached Indonesia Mengglobal as our community partner.
The Creative Media division has made several ideas for Youth2Move content. They made template questionnaire, bumper for D-Day, template for feeds, decided the color palette for Youth2Move Instagram, created the logo for Youth2Move, and as I heard yesterday that Ramzy came to severals university in Bandung to get the footage for our content but rejected as soon as he arrived due to concern in coronavirus.
