At the end of the questions attached at the last page of this assignment, I hope to learn specific job skills and competencies that various employee and their teams have, their respective qualification as well as their eligibility and perceptions towards the breadth of training that can be offered.
In examining the specific job skills and competencies, the following questions will be asked.
Describe a situation whereby you are required to complete particular tasks of the highest standard, yet you are expected to meet a strict deadline.
Give examples on the times you used most effective time management and the success that you attained.
Describe one situation in which the problem cause was not apparent at all.
Give an example that demanded the use of critical creativity.
A candidate or employee who can successfully respond to the above question, offer legitimate answers with supported prove, then there is no dought for their competency. The rationale behind these questions, therefore, is to come up with a clear insight on the issues. All these are structured questions that will test one’s competency and skills.
In determining employee qualification, the following questions need to be documented in the survey.

A competent workforce is essential for any successful company. Lack of employee who performs the high-level task each day, then any organization will eventually fail and ravel. Therefore, possession of productive employee recruiting and training strategies is vital towards the success of an organization — various approaches through which efficient training and recruitment can be achieved include the utilization of talent and survey question. The following are ways through which the organization will make use of the questions if the ability fails.
The competency-based question, for example, describing how one can handle a situation that is linked to a strict deadline, response given by the candidates is very important as it will tell the extent to which the candidate is capable. Another question like “Describe one situation in which the problem cause was not apparent at all.” Also allows the employer to determine the creativity and problem-solving skills of different people and their capabilities. Creativity based aspects of the candidates will ensure that members recruited can be creative and create a difference in handling issues.
Qualification question is also fundamental in recruiting new members because of the following reasons. The question that asks the candidate to point out his/her strengths concerning the position that they are applying for. When recruiting new members, their strengths are determinant of the competency besides the questions to address their weaknesses and how they can handle this situation. Pointing out the daily schedule of the work helps in determining if one ger recruited, will he or she be there compatible with the new work schedule. These questions are very fundamental when it comes to practicing recruitment.
In the absence of talent, the following training questions can be essential in ensuring that employees undergo successful training that is fully inline with what they are supposed to go through. How relevant was the training, did the training explain out issues properly, and were expectations met, did the subject matter improve your knowledge in the training field, are you able to apply the aspects trained in real time job environment, covers the complete training that has been scheduled. This is an assurance that the practice is undertaken well, to meet its objective and eventually to change the perception of the trainees and ensure that whatever they have been taught can be applied in their workplace.
