What Music do you “Secretly” Love?

Music enriches both our public, social, and private lives to the extent that nothing else can. There is that joy that we gain from listening to specific Music while alone. The need to have a personal space while listening to secret Music may not rely on the message that is conveyed or the choice of words in the Music. Sharing Music has had a lot of values as evident globally. When people say that they have a secret playlist that gives them fuzzy feelings, the feeling may be hard to break and therefore forcing them to stick to specific Music. Revealing the self-love for certain songs may not be easy equally.

My “secret” song is double-sided. It reminds me of both tormenting and happy moments of my relationship life. The song creates an inner feeling about having complete peace of mind. The song with the title of “How to unhook from your partner”, relieved me from a lifestyle that seemed comfortable, yet with discomfort. Before listening to the song, I could hardly identify who I was in my relationship life. I struggled in a state of mixed feelings—the decision whether to stick to my relationship regardless of the challenges or to move on. Moving on was the best option but making the steps seemed a little hectic. Much of the time, when I am all alone, I tune to my private playlist to acquire the feeling of being peaceful. The song revealed the ironical state of the relationship. Those who seem to suffer a lot in a connection find it stressful moving on from the same troubling relationship according to several studies conducted on the impacts of Music in a relationship. Additionally, when I felt so much depressed that I could not approach anybody to share with my challenges in life, the Music offered a shoulder to lean on.

Scientifically, Music has been tested and approved to have an affectionate impact when one is either stressed or depressed. Depression has been a common problem affecting people of all ages across the world. The joint effects of depression range from, change in mood, and loss of desire and interest. Music therapy, either individually or by an expert provides significant emotional balance. Although human beings are fond of forgetting about their past lives, it is from the past life experiences that shape their future identity. Listening to specific songs alone may help to reflect some private experiences in life and turn, leading to introspective satisfaction.
