Manager or supervisor
From the name “group leader” it is well clear that the individual is in charge of the group and all the group is set to do within the stipulated time. The leader, therefore, oversees all the functions and actions that the group will undertake. It is the role of the leader to ensure that all members are present and active. Supervision and management include motivating and giving members enough morale to carry on the group’s agendas with one heart and one mind.
